I'm the Founder of Team Speed Fitness and a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Professor at Rutgers University. I have 13 years of training experience, and hold advanced degrees and certifications in the field of exercise science. My clientele range from collegiate athletes to those with special needs or medical concerns. I've been a contributor to Men's Fitness Magazine and a coauthor on research studies dealing with antioxidant supplementation and overtraining. The results of these studies were presented at American College of Sports Medicine conferences.
